Do you offer delivery in the Boca Raton area, and how does it work?

Yes! We offer local white-glove delivery throughout Boca Raton and the surrounding South Florida area, including Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Our team will bring your stools inside, place them exactly where you want them, and remove all packaging — no hassle on your end. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size,

When will I receive my order?

Showroom stock is intentionally limited. Custom orders are produced upon purchase. Standard lead time is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation, varying by fabric, customization scope, and stool height.

How difficult is it to assemble a stool?

Assembly is very easy, with easy-to-read instructions in every stool package and all Amisco Stools have the .pdf instructions on the product pages. There are videos available in some cases. Moreover, if you have any questions while you are putting one together, feel free to give us a call, and we can guide you in the right direction, or we can send our assembler if you live within a 50-mile radius (charges apply) or you can quote directly via Task Rabbit Assembler™.

All custom configurations and made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable once the order is placed.

Do all barstools come with a swivel? What is a Memory Swivel?

Yes. Unless labeled with the word “Stationary” or “With Memory Return,” all barstools come standard with a regular 360-degree swivel. However, you may wish to have a memory swivel instead of the normal swivel. A memory swivel is a swivel that returns to the same position every time you get up from sitting on the stool. Also, a stool with a memory swivel will only rotate 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left.

Should I reject the delivery If one or more boxes arrive damaged?

No. Rejecting the package means that it could take longer to replace the order. Even if the box is damaged upon arrival, accept it. Then, carefully inspect the stool after the carrier leaves. If there are any damages (such as scratches, dents, tears, etc.), call us, and we will arrange for replacement parts, or if necessary, we will replace the entire stool.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We partnered with GoDaddy™ for our Web integrations and operated through their SSL gateway GoDaddyPayments™ for our On-Line Sales. This allows us to accept ACH payments, as well as accepting all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Wire Transfers and Google Pay. We don't accept AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.
