Our team will bring your stools inside, place them exactly where you want them, and remove all packaging — no hassle on your end. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size,
Due to the nature of the processes involved in the supply chain, manufacturing and shipping times vary depending on factors such as the level of customization, the fabric chosen, and the height of the stool you select. We will endeavor to deliver it to your front door as soon as possible and will track your order through our CRM and our highly trained customer service, which you can always contact.
Assembly is very easy, with easy-to-read instructions in every stool package and all Amisco Stools have the .pdf instructions on the product pages. There are videos available in some cases. Moreover, if you have any questions while you are putting one together, feel free to give us a call, and we can guide you in the right direction, or we can send our assembler if you live within a 50-mile radius (charges apply) or you can quote directly via Task Rabbit Assembler™.
Processing : We have received your order successfully.
Order Received: Your order has been sent to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will send an acknowledgment in 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with your estimated ship date.
Order being Prepared: Lead time 4-6 weeks.

Yes. Unless labeled with the word “Stationary” or “With Memory Return,” all barstools come standard with a regular 360-degree swivel. However, you may wish to have a memory swivel instead of the normal swivel. A memory swivel is a swivel that returns to the same position every time you get up from sitting on the stool. Also, a stool with a memory swivel will only rotate 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left.
No. Rejecting the package means that it could take longer to replace the order. Even if the box is damaged upon arrival, accept it. Then, carefully inspect the stool after the carrier leaves. If there are any damages (such as scratches, dents, tears, etc.), call us, and we will arrange for replacement parts, or if necessary, we will replace the entire stool.
