TRICA BAR STOOL WARRANTY
The original buyer of a Trica bar stool product has a 10 year limited warranty covering any metal structure defect or any defects in fabrication resulting from human error.
The Trica bar stools external features, fabric coverings, seams and swivel plates are covered under a 1 year limited warranty for any fabrication defects.
The normal warranty wear and tear of the components mentioned above and paint finishes are not covered under the warranty.
Trica's responsibility will be the replacement of defective components/parts that are under warranty.
Note: The commercial use of Trica products cancels the above-mentioned warranty for residential use.
Warranty Disclaimer (10 Year Limited Warranty)
Holland Bar Stool Company warrants: to the original purchaser ("Purchaser"). The manufacturer of all its products ("Products") to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years, under normal use and service, following the date of purchase and delivery to the Purchaser. This warranty does not cover upholstery, wood or metal finishes nor damages which result from neglect, accident, intentional misuse or acts of nature, normal wear and tear, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, immersion in water, fading or variations in color or finish over time, scratches, blemishes or slight color variations in wood grain, minor variations in size, unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse or misuse of Product.
The obligation of Holland Bar Stool Company under this warranty is limited, at the option of Holland Bar Stool Company to repair or replacement of Product with one of equal or similar type and quality, if, to the satisfaction of Holland Bar Stool Company the Products as manufactured proves defective under normal use and service.
Repairs or replacements under this warranty will be made by Holland Bar Stool Company or anyone Holland Bar Stool Company, in it's sole direction authorizes, at no charge to the Purchaser. If return to the factory is necessary, packing and shipping costs to the factory will be charged to the Purchaser. Return shipping shall be freight prepaid to the dealer making the recommendation. All costs for delivery from the Purchaser to the dealer and for any delivery to the purchaser from the dealer shall be paid by the Purchaser.
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR AS TO THE FITNESS AS TO ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE WHICH WILL EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACT HEREOF AND HOLLAND BAR STOOL COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND THERE MAY BE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Periodic inspection and maintenance ensures the durability and longevity of our seating products, and the joints, welds, swivels and other stress points should be routinely checked, cleaned, tightened, and parts needing lubrication should get it. Replace missing glides, screws or bolts. Use only the manufacturers' replacement parts and instructions.
A medium sheen sealer is applied to Special Grouping wood seats and backs. This sealer provides additional protection and is resistant to most stains resulting from food or drink. This finish is compatible with most commercially available alkaline-based cleaners.
Our manufacturers use fire retardant foam that meet California Technical Bulletin #117, and most of their seating products meet or exceed NSF and BISMA standards.
Classico Seating Peru, Indiana 46970 ("Group C")
All chairs have a five-year structural frame warranty to the original purchaser. Classico Seating warrants to the original purchaser for a period of five years from date of purchase that its furniture frames are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is full replacement value - not prorated. This warranty does not cover damage which occurs from unauthorized repair, alteration of any kind, has been subject to abuse, any upholstery material, foam, or any other seat/back product. Classico's obligation under this warranty is limited to credit for or replacement of the defective item. Classico Seating will not assume labor charges for unauthorized field repairs.
CLASSICO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIAB1LITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEM. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SHALL TERMINATE ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. Some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential, incidental, or special damages or imitators on how long implied warranties lasts; so this paragraph may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary per state. DO NOT return merchandise without written authorization.
Regal Manufacturing Co., Inc., Chicago, Illinois 60644 ("Group R")
Warrants its products for one year from purchase to be free from defects in workmanship and material with normal use and service. This warranty does not include upholstery materials which ore subject to whatever warranty is offered by the respective mills. The warranty also does not a apply to any product which has been repaired or altered by any one other than Regal or has been subject to misuse or negligence. The factory will not assume labor charges for unauthorized repairs. Regal also provides a 5 Year Warranty free from defects in workmanship and material with normal use and service on a number of its metal frames bar stool and chair frames.
Waymar Industries, Burnsville, Minnesota 55306 ("Group W")
All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on information we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed, and the following limited warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Waymar Industries, Inc. warrants that all of its products and their components shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months after the date of purchase. If any product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the first 12 months after purchase and if the product or component has been properly installed and maintained by the purchaser, Waymar will, at its option, replace or repair the product or component without charge. This warranty does not apply to modified products or components or to those damaged by accident, abuse, neglect or misuse.
In addition, Waymar extends the warranty period for a variety of products. These include and are limited to:
The extent of Waymar's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. In no event shall Waymar be liable for injury, loss or damage, whether direct, consequential or incidental, to persons or property arising out of purchaser's use or of any inability to use said products. Waymar does not assume labor charges for unauthorized repairs.
GAR Products, Lakewood, NJ 08701
1 Year Warranty on Wood, 2 Years on Metal, 5 Years of 16 Guage Steel
GAR Products warrants each wood product for one (1) year after invoice date to be free from any defects in the wood and craftsmanship under normal use and service. Metal furniture is warranted against frame failure due to broken/fatigued welds for two (2) years. On products that are 16 gauge steel or lower, the warranty is for five (5) years. Under the above mentioned warranty, any product that is damaged during use and the customer desires an inspection and/or repairs, the customer must contact the Returns Department for a Return Authorization number and return the product to GAR Products freight prepaid. After a thorough and fair inspection, if deemed factory defective, GAR Products will stand behind the product and repair/replace the product at no charge. Additionally, the factory will re-reimburse the customer for any freight charges incurred (with valid proof of payment) from returning the product to GAR Products. If the damage is determined to be due to improper use or undetected freight damage, the customer is fully responsible for the replacement/repair and freight for the product.
GAR Products' warranty will not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than the manufacturer. The factory will not assume labor charges for unauthorized field repairs unless agreed to in writing by the factory prior to the repairs being done.
Mikhail Darafeev, Inc.
Mikhail Darafeev, Inc. offers a 5-year "Pledge of Quality Assurance" on the structural integrity of its furniture to the original purchaser.
Since the majority of our furniture is proclaimed as "motion" furniture, certain limitations to this pledge must be ascertained to prevent superfluous claims. Only Authorized Mikhail Darafeev dealers or their agents may be allowed to inspect, assemble and "deluxe" furniture in order to receive this assurance. We do not allow this pledge to be offered if inspection, assembly and "deluxing" is done by anyone other than an authorized dealer or agent.
All our furniture is custom manufactured and is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our factory. Once product leaves our factory, and damage caused my transit, mis-use, abuse, weather, climate, commercial application, and negligence is simply out of our control and is not subject to fulfillment of any obligation by us.
Cloth, fabrics, leather, ultraviolet discoloring of light wood finishes, and season splits due to climate, environment and / or weather conditions are not covered.
Should any product be found defective aside from these preconditions, the authorized dealer or agent shall contact our customer service department for instructions on how to proceed with a claim. Any product or parts authorized for evaluation are to be shipped to our Chino, CA facility prepaid. If, after evaluation, product or parts are determined by Mikhail Darafeev, Inc. to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the dealer prepaid by conventional surface freight carrier.
Repair or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with the authorized dealer and their customer(s). Mikhail Darafeev, Inc.. does not imply or assume by this Pledge of Quality Assurance a requirement to replace the entire product. All customer claims are subject to approval.
Mikhail Darafeev, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for Mikhail Darafeev, Inc. any other obligation or liability in connection with said product. Our pledge also does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake or any other natural calamity.
Mikhail Darafeev, Inc. does not extend our Pledge of Quality Assurance or any other obligation for products used or sold for commercial purposes.
